Baptism is the sacrament of the Lutheran Church in which we are adopted into the family of God and begin a promising new life in Christ. We celebrate Baptisms of children, youth and adults throughout the year at Trinity. Baptism is a gift of grace—all are welcome to receive this sacrament. We would look forward to being a part of this journey with you.
For adults or teens, you may contact a pastor directly for information and scheduling. Before you schedule a baptism for a child, we ask that you attend a Baptism Class.
Baptism Class is offered regularly throughout the year. This one-session meeting at church is an opportunity to learn about baptism and ongoing opportunities for nurturing faith, and also meet other individuals and families at the same point in their faith journey.
Childcare is provided. You are welcome and encouraged to attend a baptism class before your child is born.

What to Expect on the Day of Baptism
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
